Haley has built her life around empowering others, specifically through strength and conditioning programs. Growing up in West Virginia she was immersed in the world of ATV and Dirtbike racing and quickly found her love of powersports. Wanting to train these specific athletes, she received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University, obtained her NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifcation, and also acquired the ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification to be able to work with the general public and clinical populations.
In general, adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. The goal is to establish a realistic exercise regimen that keeps you consistent and can change your view on fitness.
